Opening times

From 29.03.2024 - 31.10.2024, we are open Wednesday to Monday: from 10am - 5.30pm (closed on Tuesdays)

From 01.11.2024 - 31.03.2025 we will be open Wednesday to Sunday: from 10am - 5.30pm (closed on Monday & Tuesday)

Closed on 25 December and 1 January.

On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, the Permeke Museum exceptionally closes 1 hour earlier than usual.

Admission prices

€12 for individual visitors

€10 for groups of 10 people and over

€3 for young people aged between 13 and 25

Free of charge for children under 12

The companion of the person with disabilities free admission to the museum.

We advise you to book your ticket online to avoid queues. You can also buy tickets at the entrance. Tickets are valid for the whole day and you can arrive whenever you like during opening hours.

Visitors by car can always use the public parking facilities in Jabbeke :
- Kapellestraat: 200m - 20 parking spaces

Accessibility

The artist’s home is not fully wheelchair-accessible because of the unusual architecture, which also includes mezzanines. The ground floor of the house is accessible via wheelchair ramp and comprises three small rooms with a permanent presentation, the museum shop and the bar . The artist’s studio on the first floor of the house is not wheelchair-accessible. The sculpture studio, located in the adjacent building, where all the exhibitions are held, is fully wheelchair-accessible.

Guide dogs are welcome.

Studio Permeke is accessible via a small staircase from inside or via the ground floor from outside. Please note that the door is 65 cm wide.

Lockers are available in the residence for storing backpacks and other belongings. Please note that there is a threshold of about 10 cm to reach the lockers. Alternatively, you can store your belongings in the storage bin in the sculpture studio or drop them off at the reception desk.

Cars with a disabled card may park on the premises. Two specially designated parking spaces are available.

Cycling Route - In the footsteps of Permeke (27km)

This route introduces visitors to the polder landscape and a bit of the sandy region between Bruges, Ostend, and Zeebrugge.
